Emily Rezepa
SOLICITOR
Emily joined the practice in 2021 in the area of Family Law and Dispute Resolution. She graduated with a First in Law and German Law from the University of Birmingham before completing, with distinction, the Legal Practice Course together with a Master of Laws in professional legal practice at the University of Law. She has gained legal work experience in London, Birmingham, Berlin and Strasbourg.
Emily qualified as a Family Law and Dispute Resolution Solicitor in 2025 having undertaken her training contract at Carlsons. She advises and supports clients on a range of private Family Law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child law cases and nuptial agreements. A notable case she worked on was a high conflict child arrangements dispute, involving allegations of coercive control and domestic violence that led to a fact-finding hearing. Additionally, Emily assists clients with contentious probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims, will disputes and claims against executors and trustees.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading as well as travelling and visiting museums and art galleries.
