Sapna is an experienced family law barrister, focusing on financial remedies, private children law and domestic violence/injunctions. She assists clients through relationship breakdowns, handles financial relief applications with precision and is dedicated to resolving disputes amicably, yet effective in court if necessary.
With extensive experience in children law, she deals with residence, contact, specific issue, and prohibited steps orders, showing particular interest in parental alienation and relocation cases. Trained in Advocacy for Vulnerable Witnesses, she is sensitive to clients and witnesses with neurodiverse backgrounds.
Sapna’s background in criminal law, which included conducting several jury trials, provides insight into disclosure and court processes. She values strong communication and rapport-building with professional colleagues and clients given the emotional nature of family law work.
Outside of work, Sapna maintains her fitness and well-being through boxing training, good nutrition and meditation. She adores animals, and in another world, she would love nothing more than to work as a ranger in the Serengeti.
