His practise includes share and asset acquisitions and disposals, business angel investments, shareholder agreements, and a wide variety of commercial and consumer contracts. He also has extensive experience of advising professional services firms across a range of issues including partnership and LLP agreements.
Alex has worked with entrepreneurs and investors across a wide range of sectors including IT, e-commerce, financial services, property, retail, recruitment, childcare, and professional services.
Qualified in both England & Wales and Scotland, Alex has worked with leading firms on both sides of the border.
Outside work, Alex is a keen archer and skier (activities which he is yet to pursue at the same time, however).
