Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the purchase of your new home, including dealing with the registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax.

We would estimate our fee, subject to complexity, amount of work involved and choice of fee earner, to be as indicated below plus VAT (at 20%) at the current rate and disbursements.

Probate
Your matter will normally be handled by Shanti Palmer, a STEP-qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner with many years’ experience in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
Debt recovery
These costs apply where the claim is in relation to a single, unpaid, business invoice which is not disputed of up to £100,000. Our charges are calculated based on hourly rates.
