She is a member of the Property Litigation Association, Women in Property and deals with all aspects related to property litigation, including:

- Adverse possessions
- Rent reviews
- Applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) between unmarried couples
Becky is an experienced dispute resolution solicitor, having specialised in property litigation cases for more than 20 years. She works closely with her transactional property colleagues to advise at an early stage and avoid disputes where possible and has a strength in negotiating settlements especially where the court process is beyond the economic benefit of a claim.
A former President of Bristol Law Society, associate lecturer and course writer at the University of the West of England and current academic writer and course supervisor for The College of Legal Practice, Becky involves herself in many community roles both within and without the legal world. Becky is Chair of Governors at a local primary school and sits on various other school boards on an ad hoc basis as she has a particular interest in education from early years to further education.
Away from work, Becky is also a keen swimmer, a member of Rock Choir and spends the rest of her time with her family supporting their many interests.
