Having held senior management roles with the international law firm Freshfields and Marks and Spencer plc, she now advises a wide range of employers, including professional services firms, retailers, schools and charities. Susie advises on day-to-day employment matters, drafts employment contracts and policies and supports employers through restructures and redundancies. She also works with employees who are facing redundancy and want straightforward advice about their employment rights.
Susie holds qualifications in employment law, human resources and psychology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This combination gives her strong technical knowledge, alongside a thoughtful, people-focused approach.

Outside work, Susie enjoys keeping active through swimming, tennis and cycling and also loves theatre, cinema and travel. She is also vice-chair of governors in a large secondary school with a specific focus on safeguarding students.
